- Delivery charges are £4.95* for orders under £75.
- However if an order is below £75 and is of an excessive weight then a higher delivery charge of £7.95* will be added. This will be noted in the product description.
- Delivery is FREE for all orders over £75*.
* PLEASE NOTE: This excludes Northern Ireland, Scotland & Wales. Shipping will be re-calculated and if necessary a further payment will be required prior to shipping, you will receive an email to approve/reject any additional charges prior to the order being shipped.
- We are currently only shipping within the UK and do not offer International delivery.
- We aim to deliver all (in stock) items within 3-5 working days following receipt of your order to a UK address, however we ask that you allow up to 7 working days for delivery.
- Some items may have a longer delivery time and this will be stated in the product description if it applies.
- If multiple items are ordered, they will be shipped when all items are available. If you wish to have these sent in separate shipments, this can be arranged for an additional delivery charge. Please email: email@example.com.
- We use DHL for the majority of our deliveries, however for small items we may also use Royal Mail.
- If an item is to be shipped direct from the manufacturer this will be noted in the product description and will be shipped with a courier of their choice.
- You will be notified when your order has been shipped.
CLICK & COLLECT
- We also offer a 'click & collect' option if you wish to collect your product, please contact us directly to arrange this.
- We aim to make all (in stock) items available within 2-3 working days following receipt of your order.
- Some items may require a longer collection time and this will be stated in the product description if it applies.
- If multiple items are ordered, they will be ready for collection when all items are available. If you wish to collect these as separate/multiple collections, this can be arranged. Please email: firstname.lastname@example.org.
- If an item is to be shipped direct from the manufacturer this will be noted in the product description and will not be available for Click & Collect.
- Our collection point is: Cavendish Home Store, 3 Rainsford Road, Chelmsford, Essex, CM1 2PZ between the hours of 10am-4pm, Tuesday to Saturday.
- You will be notified when your order is available for collection.
We may offer the chance for you to pre-order products. If this option is available, then this will be noted in the product description along with an estimated delivery month.
If you choose to order an item which is available for pre order along with items which are in stock, we are only able to ship the entire order once all items are in stock.
Please note that the dates are not guaranteed as we are reliant upon our Stockists delivery the products to us, however they will be delivered as soon as possible and you will be notified by email in the event of a delay.

RETURNS & REFUNDS
Whilst we hope that you are happy with the products you have ordered, if you decide you want to return an item/s you have 14 days from receipt of delivery to notify us.
- Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to notify us of the item/s you wish to return.
- We will provide you with an email acknowledgement and we will provide you with a 'returns address'.
- You then have 14 days to return the item/s to us in the same packaging and in the same condition.
- Please look after your unwanted item/s as they must be returned undamaged and in the original packaging. This is both the box they came in and the box they were sent in, including the protective packaging.
- If you wish to return an item/s, then you are responsible for the return delivery costs.
- We recommend using a tracked or recorded returns service as we are not responsible for lost parcels.
- Once we have received your returned item/s, we will send a confirmation email to you and will then process a refund via the same method in which you made payment originally. The original shipping/delivery charges will be deducted from the refund.
- Refunds will normally show in your account within 3-5 days.
We perform a quality control check on our products prior to shipping however in the event that your product is damaged and/or faulty, please contact us by email within 24 hours of receipt of delivery to notify us.
- Please email us at email@example.com including a full description along with pictures of the damaged item/s.
- Please look after the item/s, even if they are faulty as we may ask that they are returned. We will arrange for collection if they need to be returned.
- For damaged or faulty item/s requiring a refund, the full cost of your order including postage will be refunded.
- For damaged or faulty item/s requiring a replacement, this will be sent out to you as soon as possible.
- Please do not dispose of damaged or faulty item/s or their packaging unless confirmed by us to do so.
CANCELLING AN ORDER
If you wish to cancel your order please contact us as soon as possible by email at firstname.lastname@example.org, however if this exceeds 24 hours from the point of which you ordered then cancellation may not be possible as the order may have already been shipped.
